Demario’s Classic Catering is an Authentic American BBQ Catering Company. We are known for our outstanding Slow-Smoked barbeque meats, homemade side dishes, and uncompromising commitment to service.

We take great pride in serving Authentic North Carolina Style Barbeque, The home of BBQ. Our meats are slow-smoked which produces a pink smoke ring; which is where the true smoke flavor comes from. The longer you smoke your meat the larger the smoke (Flavor) ring. We’re out to make better Barbeque and to share with as many people as possible, the love and passion we have for cooking and creating, that’s Demario’s Classic Catering. Owner-operator Derrick Coley, D. for short, learned his secrets from his Father and Mother, John and Martha L. Coley. He continued to add all the family secrets he learned over the years from aunts and uncles, as well as experimenting with different recipes and spices. Demario’s has expanded to hosting Weddings, Formal Occasions, Upscale Catering, Family Reunions, Parties, Graduations, Birthday Parties, Pastor Anniversaries, Fundraisers, Tailgate Parties, and Festivals. Events include Spruce Pine BBQ & Blues Festival, Afro American Festival, Bull Durham Blues Festival, Wilson County Fair, NC State Pack palooza, and Various Car Shows around the area.
